Green Carnation Prize shortlist announced

The Green Carnation Judges Simon Savidge, Lesley Cookman, Paul Magrs and Nick Campbell

The judges of the Green Carnation Prize have announced their shortlist for 2011, narrowing the selection down to five from the original eleven.

All worthy finalists. The winner will be announced on 1 December.

If you’re in London you can attend a reading evening featuring three of the authors, Christopher Fowler, Jonathan Kemp and Rupert Smith. Gay’s the Word is the venue, on Thursday 18 November from 7.30pm. Check it out on Facebook.
