California’s Proposition 8 ruled unconstitutional

Proposition 8

Rod 2.0 has reported that a Federal Judge in the US has ruled Proposition 8 unconstitutional. Prop 8 is the ruling that California only recognises marriage between a man and woman.

Californian governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has released a statement, stating “this decision affirms the full legal protections and safeguards I believe everyone deserves.”
